Business creation: net dynamic of the real estate sector

In 2017, 591,000 businesses were created in France, or 6.7% more than in 2016. Business start-ups reached their highest level since 2010. Registrations by microentrepreneurs increased more (+9 %) than the creation of traditional sole proprietorships (+ 6%) and companies (+ 5%).
With an increase of 14% in creations, the sector of specialized, scientific and technical activities is the first contributor to the overall increase, due in particular to consulting activities under the micro-entrepreneur regime; it thus becomes the most important in terms of the number of business creations, in front of the business. comment défiscaliser en immobilier
Real estate activities (excluding construction) account for 3.8% of all business start-ups (6.4% for start-ups); Financial and insurance activities accounted for 2.8% of all business start-ups (6.8% for start-ups).
In terms of momentum, real estate activities led to a very strong increase in business start-ups (+ 18.1% vs. 6.7% for the overall trend, and + 13% for start-ups vs. + 4.8% for the general trend); Financial / insurance activities posted a moderate increase of + 4.6%. All types of companies combined, creations are growing in almost all regions, but the dynamics are largely the strongest on the island. -de-France (+ 10%), followed by Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Nouvelle-Aquitaine (+ 8% both).
Note on the typology of the companies created that SARL which accounted for 66% of creations in 2013 became very minority with 36% in 2017 while the SAS – especially single partner (37%) – represent 61% in 2017. Companies anonymous are marginal (3%).
